How to solve the problem that the cutting edge of corrugated carton cannot be closed after die cutting
ask: after die cutting, the knife edge of the corrugated box cannot be closed, which is very rough. There is a big gap with the sample box of the customer, and the thickened spring pad cannot achieve that effect. How to solve it
answer: 1. Your tile paper is sure to be the same as the customer sample version. The customer's version has crimping when the beer box is in this version, so his pit doesn't look obvious. When you open the mold, you can tell the mold factory that they will know
2. These are related to the material, knife mold, direction and the master who starts the machine. It depends on what is wrong
3. If you don't put it for too long after pasting, it's easier to achieve the effect if the moisture is a little larger. Such as% moisture
4. Is pit height related to poor activity? For example, the customer used pit F as it is. Did you use pit e? Is the weight of the bottom paper core and the top paper the same? From the picture, in order to create this kind of exciting new yarn, it has a lot to do with the material. The customer's material should be thin, and the hole in the bottom paper is obvious. If it is a color box, it is recommended not to let go too long after mounting the pit, and then die-cutting as soon as possible. 18mm thick plate shall be used for the knife template, and the rubber pad shall be continuous
5. This should be easy to solve, that is, install a harder spring pad on both sides of the knife line
6. Because the supervision is not in place, it is the side knife part. The arched adhesive strip is pasted on one side of the die-cutting knife, right? The arched adhesive strip is relatively hard and elastic, so that the edge of the pit paper can be pressed smoothly and still be used as a batch without indentation
