Eastman's CHDM capacity will increase by 25% by 2010

Eastman Chemical Company announced on August 6 that it is expanding the capacity of polyester modified monomer 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol (CHDM). After the expansion project is completed, its CHDM capacity in Kingsport, Tennessee, will increase by 25%
